Job description
Lead technology strategy and game development as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This full-time, on-site leadership opportunity is with a fast-growing gaming company seeking a technology leader to guide teams building innovative gaming experiences and AI/ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set technology strategy and direction, aligning priorities with business goals.
- Oversee development and implementation of gaming technologies, including AI/ML solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Define the technical vision for game development platforms, with a focus on Unity.
- Partner with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver engaging gaming experiences.

Qualifications
