Job description
Stafkind services is hiring a motivated Telecalling and Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India. You will contact prospective and existing customers, promote products and services, understand customer needs, and help the sales team meet its goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Record calls, customer interactions, and sales progress accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and referrals from other sales channels.
- Work with the sales team to improve customer engagement strategies.
- Meet and exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
