About the role
AOS Staffing is seeking a child care attendant to supervise and actively engage children throughout daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Promote positive behavior and reinforce healthy social interactions.
- Help children develop communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Collaborate effectively with staff, families, and other professionals.
- Follow all childcare, safety, and supervision procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous childcare, youth development, education, caregiving, camp counseling, or related experience preferred.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Pass a criminal background check and fingerprint screening, possess valid government-issued photo identification, and pass all client- and site-specific pre-employment requirements.
