The Opportunity

We are expanding our workforce and seeking motivated and reliable Civil and Landscape Labourers for upcoming projects across Greater Sydney and Regional NSW. Whether you have experience or are looking to build a career in landscaping, civil construction, or infrastructure, this role offers ongoing work and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• General site preparation and labouring duties
• Landscaping, turf laying, and garden maintenance
• Planting, mulching, and irrigation support
• Paving, retaining wall construction, and concreting assistance
• Trenching and excavation support
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Safe operation of hand and power tools
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe worksite
• Assisting supervisors and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Construction White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
• Reliable and motivated work ethic

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, NSW, with competitive pay ranging from A$35.00 to A$45.00 per hour.
