Yarning Crescent is seeking motivated, reliable Civil and Landscape Labourers for upcoming projects across Greater Sydney and regional New South Wales. Whether you have experience in landscaping, civil construction, infrastructure, or maintenance, or are looking to build a long-term career in the industry, this role offers ongoing work opportunities, career progression pathways, and experience across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general site preparation and labouring duties.
• Assist with landscaping, turf laying, and garden maintenance.
• Support planting, mulching, and irrigation work.
• Assist with paving, retaining wall construction, and concreting.
• Support trenching and excavation activities.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Keep the worksite clean, organized, and safe.
• Support supervisors and project teams in delivering quality outcomes.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Construction White Card.
• Current driver's license.
• Reliable and motivated approach to work.
