Workflo is hiring an experienced AI Workflow Engineer in Sydney, New South Wales. Join our team to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflow automation solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to create scalable, AI-driven automated workflows integrating CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other third-party systems. Key Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive workflow automation solutions end-to-end Develop complex routing logic, multi-level approval flows, and conditional configurations Integrate workflow platforms with external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware Build and optimize AI-powered workflows for document processing, decision automation, and predictive routing Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable automation Configure forms, rules, triggers, and system workflows within automation platforms Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance workflow performance and reliability Document workflows, integrations, and system architecture thoroughly Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in workflow automation or business process management Hands-on expertise with platforms like Kissflow, Cflow, Pipefy, or similar tools Strong skills in designing routing logic and multi-level approval workflows Deep understanding of system integrations including REST APIs and webhooks Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS ecosystems Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Employment Type: Full-time Salary: AUD 110,000 per year
