Workflo is hiring an experienced AI Workflow Engineer in Sydney, New South Wales. Join our team to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflow automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
In this full-time role, you will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to develop scalable, AI-driven workflows integrating CRM, ERP, HRMS, and other third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end workflow automation solutions
- Develop complex routing logic, approval flows, and conditional configurations
- Integrate workflow platforms with external systems using REST APIs and webhooks
- Build AI-driven workflows for document processing, decision automation, and predictive routing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
- Configure forms, rules, triggers, and system workflows within automation platforms
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance and reliability
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, integrations, and system architecture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in workflow automation or business process management
- Hands-on expertise with platforms like Kissflow, Cflow, Pipefy, or similar
- Strong skills in designing routing logic, multi-level approvals, and workflow configurations
- Solid understanding of system integrations including REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS ecosystems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
