Job description
Workflo is hiring a full-time AI Workflow Engineer in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent workflow automation solutions that streamline business processes, support better decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
You will partner with business teams and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automated workflows using integrations, routing logic, and emerging AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end workflow automation solutions.
- Develop complex routing logic, approval flows, and conditional configurations.
- Integrate workflow platforms with CRM, ERP, HRMS, and third-party systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Build and optimize AI-powered workflows for document processing, decision automation, and predictive routing.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
- Configure forms, rules, triggers, and system workflows within automation platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve workflow performance and reliability.
- Document workflows, integrations, and system architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in workflow automation, business process management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with workflow platforms such as Kissflow, Cflow, Pipefy, or similar tools.
- Expertise in routing logic, multilevel approvals, and workflow configuration.
- Solid understanding of system integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS ecosystems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and nontechnical teams.
