Civil Engineer

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
• Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) is preferred but not required, provided the applicant has relevant experience.
• Preferably with experience in residential or building construction.
• With experience in Quantity Take-Off (QTO), Bill of Materials (BOM), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project cost estimation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other construction plans.
• Knowledgeable in construction materials, specifications, and current material pricing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to analyze plans and accurately determine material quantities, labor requirements, and project costs.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in measurements, computations, and estimates.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
