Jorge Galicia is looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Caracas, Distrito Federal, Venezuela . This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary of ARS 20,000 . As a vital member of our engineering department, you will contribute to the design, planning, and execution of infrastructure projects that support regional development. Key Responsibilities Design and implement civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, and building structures. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion. Conduct site assessments and surveys to collect essential data for project planning. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to meet project specifications. Perform quality control checks to ensure adherence to engineering standards. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project status and proposed changes. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in civil engineering practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 3+ years of proven project management experience in civil engineering preferred. Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not mandatory. Our collaborative team environment encourages open communication and teamwork among engineers and project leads. You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Manager, ensuring continuous support and guidance throughout your projects. We also emphasize interdepartmental collaboration with design, environmental, and safety teams.
