Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project billing plans and reports ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.
• Assist in the execution of civil engineering projects from start to finish, maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Utilize MS Excel to analyze project performance data and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop project specifications and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports for stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve issues.
• Support bidding processes by accurately estimating project costs and contributing to proposals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Project management certifications are preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering focusing on billing and project execution.
