Civil Engineer – Billing and Execution in Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Vijay construction company is hiring a detail-oriented Civil Engineer – Billing and Execution for a full-time role in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. This position supports civil engineering project delivery, cost tracking, billing accuracy, and on-site execution. The role is listed as remote eligible; site visits may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project billing plans, statements, and reports with a focus on financial accuracy and transparency.
• Support civil engineering project execution from inception through completion, tracking schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Use MS Excel to analyze project performance data and share actionable insights.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers on project specifications and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare project documentation and stakeholder reports, and help identify and resolve potential issues.
• Assist with bids by estimating project costs and contributing to proposals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• At least 2–3 years of civil engineering experience focused on billing and project execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with project management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with close attention to detail.
• Project management certifications are preferred.
