Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage detailed project billing plans and reports ensuring financial accuracy and transparency. Assist in the execution of civil engineering projects from start to finish, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilize MS Excel for analyzing project performance data and delivering actionable insights. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop precise project specifications and schedules. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to update project stakeholders and resolve issues promptly. Support the bidding process by accurately estimating project costs and contributing to proposal development. Required and Preferred Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with project management software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. Project management certifications are a plus. 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering focusing on billing and project execution.
