Job description
About the role
Assist the Lead Engineer with daily building operations, equipment and systems monitoring, and operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Engineer in daily building operations.
- Monitor and inspect building equipment and systems.
- Address unit concerns and tenant/client complaints.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and assessments.
- Document and report issues.
- Support preventive maintenance and operational activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered Engineer in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in building and/or equipment operations.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
