Clean Energy Rotation Program (Entry-Level)

About the role

Renewable Careers develops, builds, owns and operates renewable energy projects across the United States, including utility-scale solar, wind and battery energy storage (BESS). This full-time, two-year rotational program is for early-career professionals who want to understand the clean energy business before choosing a specialty.

You will complete three eight-month rotations across core functions, matched to your interests and strengths. The program concludes with a permanent placement on the team where you find the strongest fit.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to each team, with real deliverables and ownership from your first week.
• Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits.
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
• Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers, with a dedicated mentor throughout.
• Build cross-functional fluency across development, engineering and construction, finance and asset management.
