Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained for optimal efficiency. Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations consistently. Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and clean workspaces. Handle any special cleaning requests from clients or supervisors as needed. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and areas for improvement. Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is an asset. Flexible schedule to meet the needs of varied work locations.
