Cleaning Services Staff Contract in Mpumalanga & KwaZulu-Natal

EMPANDENI CLEANING SERVICES is seeking dedicated Cleaning Services Staff to join our team on a contract basis in Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility and want to contribute to maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic environments across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas. Maintain and stock cleaning supplies to ensure efficient operations. Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to keep workspaces organized and clean. Respond promptly to special cleaning requests from clients or supervisors. Participate in team meetings to review performance and identify improvement opportunities. Report maintenance issues or hazards immediately to the appropriate personnel. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage. Flexible availability to accommodate varied work locations and schedules.
