Cleaning Staff

Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in all designated areas. Ensure that all bathrooms, common areas, and workspaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed, including window washing and carpet cleaning. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities. Document cleaning tasks completed and any notable observations during shifts. Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and staff and adhere to all company policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Secondary School Certificate or equivalent. Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with standard cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products.
