QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), or Completion of Grade 12 /7 Senior High School (Starting 2016)
Training: None required
Experience: None required
Eligibility: Career Service (Subprofessional) First Level Eligibility

REQUIREMENTS:
• Letter of Application
• Updated Personal Data Sheet (CS Form 212 revised 2025) with Work Experience Sheet (must be properly accomplished and with recent picture).
• Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable)
• Photocopy of Good Moral Character
• Photocopy of Clearance from recent employer (if applicable)
• Photocopy of certificate of eligibility / rating / license; and
• Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR)
