ABOUT USRocket Launch Media helps immigration law firms in the United States build and operate their marketing and client-intake systems. We need an organized bilingual teammate to keep clients informed and move marketing work from request to verified completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead client-facing Zoom/video meetings, make calls to clients in professional English, communicate in English and Spanish, gather requirements, and provide concise updates.• Coordinate onboarding, track deadlines, follow up on missing information, and organize tasks and documentation.• Help fulfill tasks across websites, Google Business Profiles, local SEO, advertising, and intake systems using documented processes and AI tools.• Use AI to assist with research, drafts, organization, and execution; verify its work before using it.• Check completed work, flag issues early, and document what is finished, blocked, and needed next.• Coordinate with the owner and specialists when review or expertise is needed.
REQUIREMENTS• Excellent professional spoken and written English AND Spanish. Both are required.• At least 2 years of client-facing or agency experience, including client communication or delivery coordination.• Strong organization, reliable follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities remotely.• Comfort learning marketing tools and using AI responsibly while protecting confidential information.• Ability to follow instructions, verify results, and ask clear questions.
HELPFUL, NOT REQUIREDGoHighLevel or similar CRM experience, marketing fulfillment, Google Business Profile, local SEO, website updates, and Meta or Google Ads familiarity. This is client coordination and AI-assisted fulfillment; advanced software engineering is not required.
HOURS AND PAY20–30 paid hours per week, up to $9 USD per paid hour. Working blocks will be agreed within 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern Time. Unpaid standby across the entire window is not required.

Ensure the hiring team can open your video link. Do not include confidential client information.
Shortlisted applicants may complete a brief client-call scenario and written recap. Any work sample will be bounded, paid, and use fictional data; no free client production work is required.
