Key Responsibilities Manage client communications and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Organize and maintain administrative systems, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to optimize team efficiency. Assist in preparing accurate reports, presentations, and correspondence that support business objectives and client engagement. Support team projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating collaboration among departments. Maintain office inventory and supplies, monitoring stock levels and placing orders to ensure uninterrupted operations. Provide administrative assistance to management, improving overall productivity through effective time and task management. Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve any concerns swiftly, enhancing client retention. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative or client coordination roles. Proven skills in organization, communication, customer service, attention to detail, and time management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong multitasking capabilities. Preferred: Experience in the bridal, retail, or hospitality industry. Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume client interactions with professionalism.
