Job description
We’re looking for a Client Concierge / Front Desk Specialist who understands that the patient experience begins the moment someone walks through our doors.
Requirements:
- Warm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoys making patients feel valued and appreciated
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Professional, positive, and confident in communicating with patients
- Compassionate and committed to creating an exceptional patient experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Experience Preferred:
- Previous medical front desk, concierge, or patient-facing experience
- Experience with EMR systems
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
