Job description
Tasks
- Handle customer enquiries via Whatsapp, Instagram, Phone and E-mail.
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain customer records and prepare invoices.
Requirements
- Proficient in Google sheets, Google Docs, Canva and Shopify.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Schedule
- Wliingness to work in shifts, on weekends and on gazetted holidays.
- Duration for Internship - 6 Months
- This is an on-site full time paid internship
