About the role

Natrahea is seeking a clinic assistant cum sales team member to assist with daily clinic duties and provide excellent customer service. The schedule is 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily clinic duties.
• Attend to customers and provide excellent service.
• Handle appointments, enquiries and customer follow-ups.
• Introduce and recommend suitable wellness services and products.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming clinic environment.

Requirements

• Positive and outgoing personality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous clinic, customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
