Now Hiring: Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Operations I Contract role
📍 Location: Austin, TX
One of our clients is looking for an organized, people-focused Clinical Coordinator. You'll be the central point of contact for clinical activities at its Austin training center.
What You'll Own:
🔹 Manage the clinical calendar and day-to-day activity for patient/model treatments, engagement programs and events
🔹 Coordinate schedules, resources and logistics for clinical engagement programs
🔹 Support patient documentation: before/after photos, pre-charting and medical clearances
🔹 Keep clinical supplies stocked and manage the clinical budget and purchase orders
🔹 Support the clinical team with patient care, communication and room prep
🔹 Prepare training and patient education materials
🔹 Manage outside vendors to hit deadlines and budgets
What You Bring:
✅ Bachelor's degree
✅ Customer service administration or project management experience
✅ Strong scheduling, planning and prioritizing skills
✅ Knowledge of FDA and regulatory requirements
✅ Flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends
✅ Ability to travel up to 25%
Nice to Have:
* 2+ years of medical assistant experience (strongly preferred)
*Exposure to medical device standards (ISO 13485, FDA QSR)
