Role Overview

The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of our practice. This client-facing role combines exceptional hospitality with efficient front desk operations to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and engage clients, creating a calm, inviting, and luxurious atmosphere.
• Manage seamless check-in and check-out processes.
• Review treatment details and professionally answer client inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated reception area.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments via phone, email, and text using practice management software.
• Handle appointment changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and waitlists efficiently.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all client communications.

Qualifications

• Warm, polished, and professional communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling software preferred.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation & Location

Pay: $25 per hour
