HEAL DC draws on proven models from Chicago and Roca's Rewire CBT.
Tasks
- Guide program operations, provide clinical oversight and therapy for a small caseload, mentor a growing team of therapist interns, and build partnerships across the city.
Requirements
- MSW or counseling master's, with DC licensure (LICSW, LCPC, or LPC)
- 3 to 5 years in program management and clinical supervision, ideally with high-risk or justice-involved populations
