We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Specialist to join our growing team and help bring an innovative medical technology to the forefront of patient care. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites.Provide hands-on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators.Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients.Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored educational programs.Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices.Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support.Partner closely with sales to acquire new accounts and increase adoption.
Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency medicine/telemetry/step-down.Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higherAbility to travel within assigned territory (2–3 nights/week).Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal-oriented.Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Comp: Base $100k + $70k bonus - $170k OTE
