Clinical Support Systems Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and resource for clinical systems.
• Coach, mentor, and provide one-on-one at-the-elbow support to help staff and physicians gain and maintain competency in the organization’s clinical systems.
• Educate and train staff and physicians to optimize their use of clinical systems in accordance with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize data management within the medical record and revenue cycle process, balancing support priorities.
• Participate in evaluating, selecting, and implementing clinical systems.
• Share night and weekend on-call availability to assist with urgent issues on a routine basis.
