You will work with machinists, engineers, and quality control personnel and report to the production supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and help ensure accurate, high-quality production runs.
• Assist with machine setup and calibration using specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect and maintain machinery, following safe operating procedures.
• Work with senior operators and engineers to address production challenges.
• Record production metrics and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and participate in relevant training.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in CNC operation or a related manufacturing role.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience using machining tools and equipment is preferred.
