Business Development / Sales Manager - Wallcoverings - Mumbai

Garima Chaurasia is seeking two results-driven Business Development / Sales Managers specializing in premium interior accessories, including wallcoverings, to join our dynamic team in Mumbai and Bangalore.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development / Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B project sales by engaging directly with Architects, Interior Designers, and PMC Consultants. This role demands expertise in premium interior products and the ability to manage the full sales cycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Architects, Interior Designers, and PMC Consultants.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the interior design and architecture sectors.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager/Director to align sales goals and targets.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling interior accessories such as Wallpapers, Wood Flooring, Carpets, etc.
• Direct experience working with Architects and Interior Designers is mandatory.
• Individual contributor role reporting to Territory Manager/Director.
• Local candidates only for Mumbai location (Western line: Churchgate to Borivali / Central line: CSMT to Thane). Bangalore location open to all candidates.
• Commitment to a mandatory 1-year bond from the date of joining.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹5 Lacs PA to ₹12 Lacs PA (Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate).
