Full Time Opportunity: We are hiring Code Reviewer - Golang for a short-term freelance/contractor engagement for an AI Training, Code Review & Evaluation Project.
Eligible Locations: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Required Skills:Minimum 2+ years of overall experienceStrong experience with at least one of the following languages: GolangProficiency with Git, Docker, and basic software pipeline setup.Ability to understand and navigate complex codebases.Comfortable running, modifying, and testing real-world projects locally.Experience contributing to or evaluating open-source projects is a plus.Nice to Have:Previous participation in LLM research or evaluation projects.Experience building or testing developer tools or automation agents.
Availability RequirementsAvailable to work at least 8 hours per day.Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.Must have at least 4 hours of working-hour overlap with PST.Immediate availability for remote contract work.Willingness to work in a fast-paced project environment.
What does day-to-day look like:Analyze and triage GitHub issues across trending open-source libraries.Set up and configure code repositories, including Dockerization and environment setup.Evaluating unit test coverage and quality.Modify and run codebases locally to assess LLM performance in bug-fixing scenarios.Collaborate with researchers to design and identify repositories and issues that are challenging for LLMs.
Compensation & Engagement DetailsPayment: $25 per approved task.Average Handling Time: 45–60 minutes per task.Contract Duration: 2–3 weeks.Employment Type: Contractor assignment (no medical or paid leave).Evaluation Process: Assessment-based review (approximately 75 minutes).Vetting Process: Interest Check Form (ICF) followed by Delivery Review.
