Key Responsibilities

• Work with finance and customer service teams to resolve account disputes.
• Review accounts regularly to identify overdue payments and follow up promptly.
• Prepare and send account statements when needed.
• Report weekly collection results and recommend process improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of collection laws and regulations is preferred.
• Experience using debt collection software and tools.
• At least two years of experience in collections or a related role is desired.

Team and Reporting

Report to the Collections Manager and collaborate with finance, customer service, and other team members to support effective communication and problem resolution.
