This full-time role is key to managing outstanding debts and improving company cash flow while maintaining excellent customer relations. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers to remind and secure payment of overdue accounts. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and payment agreements. Negotiate payment plans consistent with company policies and customer needs. Work with other departments to resolve disputes efficiently. Regularly monitor accounts for payment delinquencies and take appropriate action. Prepare and dispatch detailed account statements as required. Report weekly on collection performance and suggest improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of collection laws and regulations preferred. Experience with debt collection software and tools. Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or similar roles preferred. Work collaboratively with the finance and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and effective problem resolution. Report directly to the Collections Manager and contribute to team goals.
