Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and other channels. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job criteria. Facilitate job offers and oversee onboarding processes for new employees. Maintain accurate recruitment records and track candidate interactions and metrics. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. Excellent communication skills essential for effective candidate engagement. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment, working closely with hiring managers across departments. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be an integral member of the recruitment team, contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR management software, and candidate sourcing platforms is advantageous.
