Debjani Chanda is hiring a full-time Recruiter in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this role, you will help attract and select qualified talent, develop effective recruitment strategies, and support the organization’s workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage recruitment strategies aligned with organizational staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Review applications and resumes, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate job offers and manage onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate communications, and hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with candidates.

Work Environment and Tools

You will report to the HR Manager and collaborate with hiring managers across departments as part of the recruitment team. Work may involve applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR management software, and candidate sourcing platforms.
