Job description
About the role
Pitsph is seeking Collection Support to perform collection activities for assigned Auto Accounts and help maintain delinquency levels at a minimum.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the Leakage Rate does not exceed the ratio set by management.
- Conduct collection activities through phone dunning.
- Record client transactions accurately and monitor client commitments and settlements in the Collection System.
- Facilitate valid requests for check deferment, withdrawal of Post-Dated Checks (PDCs), redeposit instructions, and other repayment arrangements.
- Endorse accounts to the CRC for field visits or account verification based on location or prescribed guidelines.
- Send email inquiries to the concerned Account Officer, with the Lending Center Head or Zone Manager copied, for uncontactable accounts.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of collection activities and client transactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Report directly to the PITS Operations Supervisor / Sr. Marketing Representative.
