Collection Support

Perform collection activities for assigned Auto Accounts and help maintain delinquency levels at a minimum. Monitor and ensure the Leakage Rate does not exceed the ratio set by management. Conduct collection activities through phone dunning. Record all client transactions accurately using the Collection System. Monitor clients’ commitments and settlements in the Collection System. Facilitate valid requests for check deferment, withdrawal of Post-Dated Checks (PDCs), redeposit instructions, and other repayment arrangements. Endorse accounts to the CRC for field visits or account verification based on location or prescribed guidelines. Send email inquiries to the concerned Account Officer, with the Lending Center Head or Zone Manager copied, for uncontactable accounts. Maintain accurate and timely records of collection activities and client transactions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Directly report to the PITS Operations Supervisor / Sr. Marketing Representative.
