Collections Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related role is preferred
• Strong in verbal and written communication skills and can communicate assertively, yet professionally, with clients and agents.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve billing discrepancies and handle inquiries effectively.
• Capacity to work well with sales, customer service, finance, and legal teams
• Familiarity with legal and company policies related to collections.
