Job description
We are looking for an experienced Concrete Cost Estimator with expertise in U.S. commercial, multifamily, and heavy concrete projects.
Requirements:
- U.S. construction estimating experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of concrete takeoffs & estimating
- Experience with foundations, slabs, walls, columns, beams, rebar & formwork
- Proficiency in PlanSwift and/or Bluebeam
- Strong Excel and U.S. construction plan-reading skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
