COMMERICAL CONSTRUCTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong relationships with architects, developers, property managers, franchise owners, and business owners in Houston
- Experience qualifying and closing commercial construction leads
- Self-starter with a proven track record of hunting new opportunities and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Construction or real estate sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial construction opportunities
- Meet with clients to understand project needs and provide solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Work with our estimating and project management teams to win projects
- Represent KB Build & Develop with professionalism and integrity
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business
