Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers to assess their needs and provide customized commercial solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging business opportunities and potential client segments in Bogotá and surrounding areas. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly communicate value propositions and close sales effectively. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management, contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand positioning. What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent education. Proven experience in sales or commercial roles, ideally within the Colombian market.
