Commercial Lock Specialist – Colorado Springs, CO

Discount Locksmith of Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Commercial Lock Specialist for a contract position in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this hands-on role, you will install, repair, and maintain commercial locks and hardware while helping businesses meet their security needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair commercial locking systems and hardware.
• Cut and duplicate keys to meet client requirements.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable commercial security solutions.
• Provide attentive customer service, respond to questions, and support client satisfaction.
• Keep detailed service reports and records of completed work.
• Follow safety standards and protocols during service calls.
• Work with other Lock Specialists and staff to resolve complex security challenges and coordinate service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing and repairing locks.
• Strong key cutting and duplication skills.
• Knowledge of security systems used in commercial settings.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and trade tools or the ability to obtain the required tools.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Position Details
