Join our dedicated team servicing retail and commercial clients throughout the 5 Burroughs and Nassau County, ensuring security and operational functionality of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform locksmith services including key cutting, lock installation, and lock repairs.
• Conduct door repair and maintenance to guarantee proper door functionality.
• Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries related to locksmithing and door repair.
• Evaluate security needs and provide expert recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades on projects.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience and skills in locksmithing and door repair.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Locksmithing certifications preferred but not mandatory.
