Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for commercial roles.
• Screen and interview applicants, matching their skills and experience to client requirements.
• Communicate job details, opportunities, and benefits clearly to candidates.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding for selected candidates.
• Collaborate with colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback to support key performance indicators.
• Represent the recruitment team at networking events and job fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recruiting experience, ideally focused on commercial roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Team and Reporting

Work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to align recruitment initiatives with business goals. This role reports to the Lead Recruiter and offers opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation and Work Location

Compensation: 8000 per week. This is a part-time, on-site position in León de los Aldama, Guanajuato, Mexico.
