About the role
Aon is seeking a Commercial Risk Producer, Managing Director to build new relationships and help clients make better decisions. Aon provides advice and solutions in Risk, Retirement and Health, using data-driven insights to help clients reduce volatility and enhance performance.
Responsibilities
- Use connections and networking capabilities to generate new business.
- Collaborate with others to build strategic plans and present risk solutions that meet client needs.
- Engage prospects and provide creative, applicable advice across Aon’s solutions.
- Use data and analytics from Aon’s research teams, business insight and an understanding of current trends to address complex business issues.
- Support a team in managing a portfolio of prospects’ business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting or enterprise products and/or services.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and champion a successful sales process.
- Currently hold a P&C license or be willing to acquire one.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of education.
