Community Association Manager

Manage a portfolio of financial community association clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners via phone and email
Prepare and review financial reports for assigned communities
Review and approve invoices for accuracy and compliance
Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries and concerns
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial and operational matters
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to community financial activities
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
The phone time for this role is 75-100%
