Job description
Tasks
- Review and resolve conflicts involving new clients, matters, and attorney hires.
- Research legal ethics rules and professional responsibility requirements.
- Collaborate with attorneys, General Counsel, and Deputy General Counsel.
- Guide Conflict Analysts on conflicts research and corporate family tree analysis.
- Draft engagement letters, conflict waivers, and ethical wall documentation.
- Support Intapp and other conflicts management and business intake systems.
- Improve conflicts review procedures, workflows, and risk management processes.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active bar admission in one of the listed jurisdictions.
- Experience in law firm conflicts, new business intake, or a related function.
- Strong knowledge of legal ethics, professional responsibility, and conflicts checking systems.
- Intapp experience preferred.
