Key Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and construction documents to prepare precise cost estimates for various projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices to enhance estimating accuracy.
• Compile detailed reports on projected costs, timelines, and budget forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and field supervisors to align on project specifications and cost factors.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing, and assess quality to secure optimal project options.
• Utilize industry software tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and OST for cost analysis and reporting.
• Monitor ongoing project costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain budget integrity.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in construction estimating with strong skills in cost analysis and blueprint interpretation.
• Proficiency in construction estimating and project management software.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar construction estimating role preferred.
