Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing construction projects while monitoring progress and budgets.
• Communicate regularly with contractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, contracts, and change orders.
• Support procurement by preparing project specifications and managing materials required for construction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site supervisors to align project goals and deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss timelines, challenges, and solutions for successful project completion.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational training in construction project management is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and construction techniques.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a construction-related role preferred.
