What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education is mandatory. Strong communication skills to ensure clear and effective information flow within the team and with clients. Project management abilities with a talent for prioritizing and delegating tasks efficiently. Experience in the construction field preferred, ideally between 2 to 5 years.
