Construction Laborer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with various construction tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools
- Work inside of water tanks (confined space)
- Climb 20" - 30" ladders and work safely from them
- Drain trenches, pour concrete, lay PVC pipe
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE
- Collaborate with the construction team
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to instruct instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel out of town and sometimes out of state 1-2 times per month
