Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate activities among contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project progression. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety and building regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their capabilities. Implement project management methodologies to track project performance and identify areas for improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field. Proven leadership and project management skills. 5+ years of experience in construction management or a similar role. Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend). Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Industry-standard certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.
