Salesforce Delivery Lead/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Delivery Lead/Manager to join our dynamic team in South San Francisco, CA. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to meet business needs. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion. Facilitate stakeholder management, including requirements gathering and communication of project statuses. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce capabilities with organizational strategies. Provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce custom development using Apex. Conduct regular project reviews to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Set and track key performance metrics to evaluate project success and continuous improvement opportunities. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience managing Salesforce projects, ideally with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Demonstrable project management skills with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Familiarity with Salesforce Apex development. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are preferred. 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and project management.
