About the ClientA U.S.-based construction management consulting firm that acts as the owner’s project manager for cities, developers and public agencies. They’re hiring a remote project controls specialist to support their project managers, starting part-time with a path to full time.
What You’ll DoMaintain RFI, submittal and change order logsRoute RFIs and submittals to the right reviewer, track responses and follow up until closedKeep the firm’s records matched with the contractor’s ProcorePrepare agendas, run status meetings and write clear meeting minutesCall contractors and consultants to clarify open items
What You Bring1–2+ years of construction experienceHands-on Bluebeam and Procore experienceRFI, submittal and change order tracking or document control experienceStrong spoken English and confident communicationIndependent, proactive and available during U.S. business hours
Nice to HavePublic works or prevailing wage experienceOwner’s rep or construction management consulting background
Schedule: Part-time (20 hrs./week) to start, fully remote.
