Construction Project Manager – T&D

Tasks

• Oversee T&D projects from pre-construction through completion, startup, and warranty.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and earned value metrics.
• Direct RFP processes, subcontract administration, procurement, and site logistics.
• Drive site safety compliance, quality assurance, and non-conformance reporting.
• Coordinate field staff, mentor junior project teams, and serve as a main point of contact for clients and trade partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Solid background in Transmission & Distribution, Energy, or Heavy Industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing prime contracts, subcontracts, budgets, and project schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

Schedule
