Your Role as Construction Project Scheduler: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, from pre-bid through project completion using Microsoft Project and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques. Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and trade partners to ensure alignment and timely execution. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify key milestones and potential scheduling challenges. Proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Provide regular schedule updates and detailed reports to project teams and clients. Coordinate with external scheduling consultants as necessary to maintain schedule integrity. Contribute to the development of winning RFP and proposal schedules to support business growth. Understand and interpret construction plans and specifications to optimize scheduling accuracy. Qualifications: Proven experience in construction project scheduling, preferably within healthcare, academic, or residential sectors. Expertise in Microsoft Project and CPM scheduling methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to foresee and resolve scheduling conflicts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
