Your Role as Construction Project Scheduler: Reporting directly to the Vice President of Field Operations, you will be the driving force behind efficient and effective project scheduling. You'll leverage your expertise in Microsoft Project and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling to: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, from pre-bid to project completion. Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and trade partners. Analyze project plans and specifications to identify key milestones and potential scheduling challenges. Proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks, ensuring projects stay on track. Provide regular schedule updates and reports to project teams and clients. Coordinate with external scheduling consultants as needed. Contribute to the development of winning RFP and proposal schedules. Understand construction plans and specifications to align scheduling efforts effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in construction project scheduling using Microsoft Project and CPM techniques. Strong analytical skills with the ability to foresee scheduling conflicts and propose solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
