As our Construction Site Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily site operations, ensuring every phase of construction is executed with precision and excellence.Your responsibilities will include:Leading daily on-site construction activities from start to finish.Supervising subcontractors and managing crews of 20–100+ workers.Coordinating structural concrete, masonry, and MEP installations.Ensuring all work meets project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site.Monitoring schedules and proactively keeping projects on track.Coordinating material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.Preparing daily progress reports and communicating with project leadership.Supporting efficient resource management and cost control.
We're seeking a motivated professional who can confidently lead teams and solve challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.Ideal candidates will have:3+ years of experience managing construction sites.A background in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Strong knowledge of:Structural concreteConcrete block constructionMEP coordinationExperience managing subcontractors and large field crews.Experience overseeing ground-up residential or commercial construction projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
