Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures and regulations on-site.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain equipment functionality and site quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to coordinate daily tasks.
• Document daily site activities and report any discrepancies or potential delays to supervisors.
• Support construction workers in daily operations to boost overall productivity and efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and knowledgeable about construction safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in a construction-related role preferred.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is an advantage.
• Relevant safety certifications such as OSHA are a plus.
