Athera House LLC is hiring a full-time Construction Technician in Mesa, Arizona. Join a growing construction team focused on quality work, job-site safety, and collaboration. In this on-site role, you will support construction activities across project phases and help keep sites organized, safe, and productive.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete work accurately.
• Follow applicable construction safety procedures and regulations.
• Troubleshoot job-site issues and help resolve them promptly.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to support site quality and equipment upkeep.
• Coordinate tasks with project managers, the Site Supervisor, and other team members.
• Document daily site activities and report discrepancies or potential delays.
• Support construction workers with daily tasks to improve productivity.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• One to three years of construction-related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is an asset.
• Safety certifications, such as OSHA, are a plus.

Work Environment

Work collaboratively with project managers, site supervisors, and skilled tradespeople. You will report to the Site Supervisor and coordinate with team members to support efficient construction operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in Mesa, Arizona; remote work is not available.

Compensation

Pay is $50,000 per year.
