We are seeking a full-time Construction Technician dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. This role offers hands-on involvement in multiple construction phases, contributing directly to efficient site management and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures and regulations on-site.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain equipment functionality and site quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to coordinate daily tasks.
- Document daily site activities and report any discrepancies or potential delays to supervisors.
- Support construction workers in daily operations to boost overall productivity and efficiency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and knowledgeable about construction safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a construction-related role preferred.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is an advantage.
- Relevant safety certifications such as OSHA are a plus.
